The aim of the project is to provide support to children with disabilities and their families living in Kraków from Ukraine. As part of the project, 1-on-1 meetings were held with our families to understand their individual needs. Assistance was also provided in enrolling children in school. We carry out activities aimed at improving the attendance of children with such needs. We organise Polish language lessons for children. In addition, we provide safety training for families as well as Patchwork members. We take measures to raise awareness among teachers about the needs of children with disabilities from Ukraine. We run workshops for children, including art and integration workshops.
