W This week we took a group of women with refugee and migrant experience and children with disabilities to the FRIDA IMMERSIVE exhibition. It was more than just an outing - it was a moment of breath, inspiration and emotion.
From the first few minutes, there was a stir.
"You have to go into them, feel them. But even the short encounter was beautiful." - Natalia K.
Frida's colourful paintings, the music, the story of her life - it all worked on the senses. Children could lie on the soft poufs and absorb the art at their own pace.

For many mums, this was a rarity - a moment of silence where they could just be.
"Pain can turn into art. Very inspiring." - Alla P added later.
At the end - gratitude, smiles, photos together.
